(Lotus) Notes release 8.0

Known issues:
- Close the Notes Client
- On the Lotus Notes 8.0 Standard Client (Eclipse), this option
produces an error. To prevent an error prompt to the end-user this
option will automaitcally not run on this release of Lotus
Notes.
- Move Memo to Trash / Mark Memo for Deletion
- On the Lotus Notes 8.0 Standard Client (Eclipse) when executed
from the previewpane, this action can not be processed. The end
user will be prompted to remove the document.

Support for the Lotus Notes 8.0 client has been added. Including
new notes 8.0 preference settings.

Execute the actionmemo from the Preview Pane has been added.
Also an option to allow/disable this has been added. Automatic
removal of the actionmemo while the preview pane is open is now
possible (Release 6.0 and higher). When it failes, the end user is
prompted to remove the document.

Mailin: Menu action has been added to manually override the
status of the Actiontracking and EventLog documents.

Mailin Event Log document, now also shows the Success status
when the document is opened from the view.

Bookmark management has been updated to correctly add bookmarks
to the "Startup" folder. Several other issues have been solved.
