Licensing Conditions:
Licensing is based on the total number of Notes users within your Domain(s). The names of your initial Notes certifier ("/O") name(s) are 'frozen' into the software, changeable upon request during maintenance.
Pricing:
The minimum license for WorkplaceControl is for 100 users. The Enterprise license is from 25.000 users and up.

Ordering / Shipment:
Please request an Order Form and Formal Quote. The form includes all details of your license, shipment, exact addressing, and your company's Notes "/Organizations".
After receiving the PO an email with a download link for the full software will be send to you so that WorkplaceControl can be used right away.
Maintenance copies are also send by e-mail.
Maintenance (fixes, enhancements, releases):
Maintenance: Included for free during the first 12 months.
Renewal 'During Maintenance': 15% of the current license price. To ensure the price you can renew the license for 3 years as well.
Renewal 'After Maintenance': 35% of the current license price, if renewed during the first year after maintenance expiration. Renewal afterwards: Full license price.
Support (assistance, best practices, problem diagnoses):
Telephonic or Email support is included during maintenance. Support email address is support@workplacecontrol.com
