Licensing Conditions:
Licensing is based on the total number of Lotus Notes users
within your domain(s). The certifier(s) organization name(s)
("/O") are incorporated in the software, changeable upon request
during maintenance.
Modules:
The Policy based module & the Mail based module are
available in one suite. These modules cannot be purchased
seperately.
Pricing:
The minimum license size for WorkplaceControl is 100 users. The
Enterprise license is from 25.000 users and up.

Shipment:
After receiving the purchase order, an email with a
download link for the full software will be send to you so
WorkplaceControl can be used right away.
Maintenance copies are also send by e-mail.
Maintenance (fixes, enhancements, releases):
Maintenance: Included the first year.
Renewal 'During Maintenance': 15% of the current license price. To
ensure the price you can renew the license for 3 years as
well.
Renewal 'After Maintenance': 35% of the current license price, if
renewed during the first year after maintenance expiration. Renewal
afterwards: Full license price.

Support by phone or email is included in
