WorkplaceControl step-by-step
- Specify what you would like to do;
- Specify who you will act on;
- Press the launch button;
- Sit back, relax, and check the results.
1. Select the main WorkplaceControl Engine database and open it.
2. The main Navigation view appears. Now press the button 'Create New...'.This creates a new 'Action Memo'.
3. A 4-page tabbed screen appears, where you define the actions you are planning to perform on your user(s). Subsequent actions are added to the list using the Add button. Decide your own sequence.
4. Each action is selected from a pop-up list of available actions (under the 'Add' button).
5. The WorkplaceControl wizard includes an options page giving you total execution control.
7. Select the groups and people to send the actions to. The Launch button does the rest!
8. WorkplaceControl has generated and sent the self-executing action memo to the users and groups you have specified.
9. Ready to explore the results? Take a look at the WorkplaceControl mail-in reports and user repository database, that comes with the software. This database receives and displays all the information and events collected on on your user pc's.
